Small private colleges and universities will continue to face challenging times throughout 2018 as competition tightens and pressure to do more with less increases. The situation will be specially difficult for small colleges that are highly dependent on tuition fees and are facing soft enrollments trends. Some analysts foresee that there will be winners and losers.
At GRG Education we don´t have a crystal ball to know which institutions will be on each side. However, we believe that the odds of being on the winners side can increase significantly by having (even if it means reviewing and redefining) a clear growth strategy, a focused marketing plan, impeccable execution and timely follow up to ensure being on track.
